We have just set up this forum and Fishing NSW Website October 2008
And hope to make it a fantastic website full of information for fishing, camping, kayaking and more,

At the moment we are particulay trying to source some fishing articles for NSW spots
If you wish to write an article on fishing spots in your area, where the spots are to catch certain fish, types of bait or lures that are best in your area, the best gear to use etc etc we would appreciate you contacting us. Private message me and we will look at including it in our fishing nsw blog.!

Merry Beach 2 weeks ago, lots of Flatties on Plastics and Squid, one big leather jacket that chewd through just before the net( had to have one "the one that got away "story)

G'day all tripped over this forum by accident but the set up looks well done. Im living back in Tamworth these days after 30 years in Sydney and am wondering if there is anyone on here who knows some decent fishing spots to try - given I have a disability and can only walk around 50 metres at a time (major heart condition) I need to be able to access a spot easliy. I have fished quite regularly up at Chaffey Dam as you can enter on the western side and drive down to the water - fishing there isnt bad have caught yellowbelly silver perch and big old carp but would like to try a few other spots maybe rivers around the district - if anyone can point me in the right direction it will be appreciated.
